# Tokenomics

$FISH is a ERC20C token. A vast majority of tokens is allocated to the community, with a small allocation for the team and advisors to ensure they are also incentivised to contribute to the project.

### ERC20-C

$FISH is an ERC20-C token that will have spend-only and tradable versions. $xFISH will primarily be used to attract and retain players.

### Allocation

A vast majority of tokens have been allocated to the community and growth.&#x20;

### FDV Milestones

In order to align incentives with contributors, 50% of the initial community airdrop and 100% of team allocation will unlock based on FDV milestones.&#x20;

Users must stake 50% of their claimable airdrop (e.g. 25% of total airdrop) to be eligible for FDV milestone unlocks. Ineligible allocations will be returned to the community treasury.&#x20;

**How it works:**

* Once $FISH trades above a FDV milestone for 7 days (on average), a snapshot will be taken of all users who staked 50% or more of their initial airdrop
* These users will be eligible for receiving the tokens that are tied to FDV milestones&#x20;
* Tokens will be airdropped directly to wallets with no actions required by users&#x20;

### Unlock Schedule

Token will launch with 27.5% circulating supply. Up to 75% of the token will be unlocked over 24 months, with the remaining 25% unlocked based on FDV.&#x20;

### Airdrop Breakdown

$FISH will be initially airdropped to early contributors of Fishing Frenzy and Uncharted.&#x20;

The airdrop allocations have been designed to maximise rewards for real contributors. To do this, the airdrop allocations include both incentivized behaviours (e.g. frenzy points, horizon pts, emblems, ignition score) as well as non-incentivized criteria (e.g. spend, Discord, past game holdings)
